2. Products & Orders
All products are made to order via our production partner (Printful). We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but colors may display differently on your device.
Orders are offers to purchase; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (such as for suspected fraud, out-of-stock, or pricing errors). You will be charged at the time your order is accepted.
Made-to-order:
All of our products are printed or embroidered individually for you. Please review sizing, color, and other details carefully before finalizing your order.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and any customs/import duties may apply and are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for supplying complete and correct billing and delivery information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via Printful’s partner carriers. Shipping times vary by product, destination, and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by fulfillment or postal delays.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
All items are made to order and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or unwanted items.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, contact us at conversationsamongtheruins@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You must include clear photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for verified issues as per our Refund Policy.
EU Customers:
