Returns and Exchanges

Each item is made to order especially for you, so we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us at conversationsamongtheruins@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll work quickly with our production partner to arrange a free replacement or refund.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

• We cannot accept returns for reasons other than defects/damage.
• Items must be unworn and in original condition for any issue to be eligible.
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us at conversationsamongtheruins@gmail.com for any questions or to start a claim.
